Registration Information
After entering your registration information, please proceed to the payment page and complete the payment of the registration fee.
Your registration will be considered complete only after payment has been successfully completed.
Please note that entering your registration information alone does not complete your registration.
If payment is not confirmed within the applicable registration period (Early, Regular, or Late Registration), the registration fee will be changed to the rate applicable on the date the payment is made.
- Early Registration: Prior to October 1, 2027
- Regular Registration: October 1, 2027 – January 31, 2028
- Late Registration: February 1 – August 23, 2028
Those who are submitting a paper may choose to complete their payment after receiving the acceptance notification.
Please note that even if your submitted paper is accepted, you will not be permitted to present at WCP2028 if payment is not completed within the period specified by WCP2028.
Abstracts for which payment has not been completed by the designated deadline will be withdrawn by the congress secretariat.
Please be sure to observe the payment deadline.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified by email to the management office at reg-wcp2028@convention.co.jp. We will provide you with further information regarding the cancellation procedure.
The following rules will apply:
- Cancellations received by 28th February, 2028 are entitled to 50% refund.
- Cancellations received from 29th February to 23rd August, 2028 - No refunds
- Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
- All refunds will be made within 3 months after the end of the event.
